Design concept

After our initial evaluation, if you decide you want us to work with you on your website, we ask you for a 50% payment upfront to allow us to start work.

We ask you for examples of your existing stationary or promotional material such as business cards, brochures, photographs and so on. We then create a graphical design and page layout concept for your website. At every step of the design process we upload our work to a location on our site where you can review and discuss any changes along the way.

Once you are happy with the final design we get you to sign off on the design stage and continue to the next stage.

Website content

Some clients have the bulk of content for their site already, the most difficult thing can be collecting and organizing the content. You may want to write content from scratch if this is a new business venture, but we can help you if you are stuck for ideas. Of course you will know your business better than we ever could, but you may want help with how best to integrate the content across the website.

Once you have your complete content, we ask you to email it to us in a standard format such as plain text or Adobe PDF. At this stage you can also provide any extra images or photographs or we can source photos and images for you at an extra cost.

Website construction

Next we create the website based on the design concept and add the content you provided. You will get the chance to view your websites progress online at every step and we will review the progress with you along the way.

On completing the construction of the website we will have a final review to polish or make any changes. Once you give the OK we will upload your website on receiving the final 50% of the payment.
